MCN Online Store is managed and fulfilled by MusicCityNetworks, LLC We utilize current e-commerce technology to give our customers a pleasant online shopping experience. These explanations may change from time to time with updates. In order to understand the latest changes, you should review all the explanations prior to using the site. For those inexperienced with Internet commerce we offer a brief explanation of how our system works:
Shopping Cart

The shopping cart is where you put products you intend to buy, just like at the supermarket.

Shop the departments within our store to view various products. Click on the image to see a larger image. Click on the "Buy Now" button to add that item to your shopping cart. This will also take you to a shopping cart page which will give an overview of all the products you currently have in your shopping cart, along with a sub-total.

From the shopping cart:

  1. Click on "Continue Shopping" to browse the store or add more items to your shopping cart.
  2. To remove an item from your shopping cart, click "Remove."
  3. To order more than one of an item, change the "Qty" field to the desired number, and then click "Update".
  4. To continue on to checkout, click on the "Checkout" button.

At checkout, MCN collects user information including name, shipping/billing address, and credit card info as well as any promotional codes that apply.

This site works best with Internet Explorer 6.x or above, Firefox 2.0 or above, Safari 2.0 or above, and the latest version of AOL.

We will continue to provide the highest level of security to process your transaction by implementing improvements as new technologies become available.


MCN requires cookies to be enabled within your browser. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide storage of items in your Shopping Cart between visits.

By default, most browsers are set-up correctly; however should you encounter errors when attempting to navigate the site, just follow these directions to set up cookies on your browser:

Internet Explorer 6 & 7 Users
From your browser window click on the "Tools" menu at the top of the browser. Scroll down and highlight the "Internet Options" menu item. This will bring up a dialog box with a number of tab buttons at the top. Click on the "Privacy" tab. Move the slider so it is NOT set to "Block all cookies". Click the "Advanced" button and check "Override automatic cookie handling". Check "Always allow session cookies" and click on the OK button. Click the OK button that now is in focus to accept the change and close the dialog box. Cookies should now be enabled.

Firefox Users
From your browser window click on the "Tools" menu at the top of the browser, scroll down and highlight the "Options" menu item. This will bring up a dialog box with icons across the top of the window. Click on the "Privacy" menu option. In the arean marked "Coookies" of the dialog box click the "Accept Cookies from sites" option and then click on the "OK" button to accept the change and close the dialog box. Cookies should now be enabled.

Safari Users
From your browser window click on the "Safari" menu at the top left of the browser, scroll down and highlight the "Preferences" menu item. This will bring up a dialog box with an icon menu across the top of the window. Under the "General" menu option where it shows "Accept Cookies", select either "Always" or "Only from sites you navigate to." Cookies should now be enabled.


MCN applies sales tax on orders shipped to or Billed to TN. Tax is calculated based on the applicable sales and use tax laws TN. All other taxes, duties and fees shall be calculated and paid by the purchaser.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If you are placing an order from Austria, Brunei, Bulgaria, Ghana, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Morocco, Netherlands, Nigeria, Philippines, Singapore, Tunisia, Venezuela, or Yugoslavia, you will need to fax us a letter of authorization including your full name as it appears on the credit card, the credit card number, expiration date, billing address, authorization to charge your card and a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card. All international orders are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery.


A credit card is necessary for all orders. We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa,  American Express and Discover.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges are determined by the number and type of items ordered. All orders are shipped USPS.  We ask that you allow 4-6 weeks for delivery however orders are normally received within 7-10 days.  We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

International Shipping (Including Canada)

Our international shipping is done USPS Air Mail Post or Global Priority Mail. Please allow 4-8 weeks for international delivery.
The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery.

Due to International Shipping laws/restrictions, we are not able to ship lighters (other flammable items) and food products internationally.

In order to expedite delivery of packages going to international P.O. boxes, we will include your phone number on the outside of the package. If you are concerned about your phone number being displayed on the outside of the package, please e-mail us at

Additional Shipping Information

Please note: Around U.S. holidays, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed. Also, our domestic carriers do not ship or deliver on those dates.


If one or more items from your order are out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail that your order is backordered. If an item becomes discontinued, we will contact you via email. We will ship the in-stock items immediately and then ship the backordered items separately once they arrive at our warehouse. If your order requires two shipments due to backorder, you will only be charged for the initial shipping order.

Why is my credit card being denied?

Here are the reasons why your card might be denied:

  • The Credit card company processing your card, for whatever reason has deemed that there are not enough funds or too many transactions on your account to process this order. You will need to contact your credit card or bank company.
  • The credit card information you entered did not pass our Billing Address Authorization Check. When we check a card for available funds, we also check to make sure that the billing address of the card matches what the user entered. This is one way that we protect our customers from fraud. If the billing address doesn't match, then the order gets declined.
I keep trying to place my order but it's not going through. Why?

Make sure you have filled out all of the fields, including the country you will ship to. If you still have problems, email with a description of your problem and we'll look into your specific case.

I live outside of the U.S. and am having trouble placing an order with the proper shipping information. What should I do?

If you live outside of the US, be sure to select a "state" in the state drop-down menu - scroll to the very bottom and select one of the following options: AE, AA, AP.  Also, provide your city name in the Province box.  If your zip code does not fit inside the zip code box correctly, insert it into the Province box as well.

How long will it be until my order ships?

We ask that you allow 4-6 weeks for delivery however we normally ship within 2-3 days of receiving the order which means all domestic packages arrive within 7-10 days.

It's been a long time and I still don't have my order. What do I do?

Email us at You need to have your Order Number and the date you placed your order. These are numbers that you received when your order was placed. When you ordered, you were sent via e-mail a conformation/receipt from the shop and one from our Credit Card Company. Forward that confirmation to us with your questions. Once you email us, we'll contact you with an update regarding your order.

What do I do if I received my order in the mail, but it's wrong?

What do I do if I've received my order, but ordered the wrong T-shirt size?

I hate spam mail, you're not going to use my personal information for anything else, are you?

Absolutely not, we use your information for shipping purposes only, and your e-mail to contact you if there is an issue with your order or to make you aware of new products an specials in the shop. You have the ability to "Opt Out" of these mailings at anytime.
